Peach Salsa 700cc

Material

150g Jasmine Green Tea Jelly, 50cc Peach Juice Concentrate, 60g Diced Peach, 30cc Fructose, 100cc Cheese Flossy Foam

Step

1.    In a 700cc cup, add 150g of jasmine green tea jelly.
2.    In a blender, combine 330g of ice, 50cc of peach juice concentrate, and 30cc of fructose. Blend until it becomes a slush, then add 60g of diced peach. Gently stir, then pour into the cup.
3.    Slowly pour cheese flossy foam over the top of the drink.

Peach Black Tea 700cc

Material

250cc Prime Ceylon Black Tea (85°C for 7 minutes), 40cc Peach Juice Concentrate, 40g Diced Peach, 20cc Fructose

Step

1.    In a 700cc cup, add 40g of diced peach.
2.    In a shaker, combine 250cc of tea, 40cc of peach juice concentrate, and 20cc of fructose then stir well.
3.    Fill the cup with ice, shake the mixture, and pour into the cup.

Peach Orange Pouchung Tea 700cc

Material

200cc Four Seasons Pouchung Tea (100°C for 9 minutes), 30cc Peach Juice Concentrate, 60g Diced Peach, 30cc Orange Juice Concentrate, 30cc Fructose

Step

1.    Place 60g of diced peach at the bottom of the cup.
2.    In a shaker, combine 100cc of four seasons pouchung tea and 30cc of orange juice concentrate. Stir well, then add ice to fill the cup. Shake and pour into the cup.
3.    In another shaker, combine 100cc of four seasons pouchung tea, 30cc of peach juice concentrate, and 30cc of fructose. Stir well, then add ice to fill the cup. Shake and pour into the cup.

*How to make cheese flossy foam?

Material

8g Flossy Powder, 330cc Fresh Cream, 20cc Fructose

Step

1.    Dissolve the 8g flossy powder in 10cc of hot water and mix well.
2.    Pour the 300cc fresh cream, flossy powder mixture, and 20cc fructose into a blender.
3.    Whip until it reaches a honey-like consistency.
