Sugar Tremella Jam with Kumquat & Passion fruit 700cc/cup(Ice)
1. Materials:
(1) Kumquat Juice 15cc
(2) Passion Fruit Juice 40cc
(3) Fructose 40cc
(4) Sugar Tremella Jam 60g
(5) Warm Water 200cc
2. Recipe:
(1) Slice the lemon and decorate it around the inner edge of cup.
(2) Pour warm water into shaker.
(3) Pour kumquat juice, passion fruit juice, fructose, sugar tremella jam and mix it well.
(3) Add ice cubes until full of cup and shake it. Pour it into the cup and finish.
