The client’s original drink menu was cumbersome with no clear classification, and the excessive number of items made it difficult to manage raw materials, resulting in wasted costs. And it also lacks business. With the understanding of the business and the assistance of the bartending teacher, the owner was advised to change and adjust the menu after investigating the preference of the consumers in the area, and was assisted in the development of new menu items in the drink preparation teaching program.
The newly launched product was a perfect fit for this potential client’s clientele and brand. We developed more than 6 Dragon Fruit drinks in the early stages of development according to the client’s branding style and drink production, taking into account the client’s operational needs and menu segmentation as well as the raw materials being used, and eventually the client adopted 2 of these drinks into the official menu.
