Tea Brewing Parameters: 1:40 ratio 100°C for 9 minutes

300cc of Premium Black Tea Bag (1:80 ratio) , 35cc of Premium Peach Syrup, 15cc of Fructose, 100g of Konjac Jelly Ball, 100g of Ice Cubes

Step

  1. Add 100g of konjact jelly ball to a 500cc glass cup.
  2. Pour 300cc of tea into the glass cup, then add 35cc of Premium Peach Syrup and 15cc of fructose. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add 50g to 80g of ice cubes to fill the cup, then garnish with mint leaves.

Peach Sparkling Drink with Diced Peach 500cc

30g Diced Peach, 30cc Premium Peach Syrup, 20cc Fructose, 300cc of Sparkling Water, 100g of Ice Cubes

Step

  1. Place 30g of diced peach, 30cc of premium peach syrup, and 20cc of fructose into a cup.
  2. Step 2: Add the sparkling water.
  3. Step 3: Add 100g of ice cubes

150g of Premium Peach Syrup, 150g of Plain Yogurt, 3g of Honey

Step

1.    Mix the plain yogurt, premium peach syrup, and honey together until well combined to create a signature sauce.

Step

1.    Brew 25g of premium black tea with 1000cc of hot water at a ratio of 1:40. Steep for 9 minutes.
2.    Remove the tea bag, and let the tea cool to 60-65°C. Then, add 1000g of ice cubes into a large jar to chill the tea.
