1. Brew 25g of premium black tea with 1000cc of hot water at a ratio of 1:40. Steep for 9 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bag, and let the tea cool to 60-65°C. Then, add 1000g of ice cubes into a large jar to chill the tea.
