Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie 500cc

Material

50cc of Premium Orange Syrup, 80g of Carrot Puree, 2g of Fresh Ginger, 20cc of Fructose, Cheese Milk Cap, 300g of Ice Cubes

Step

  1. Take a blender and peel and chop the carrot into pieces. Blend with premium orange syrup, fructose, and ice cubes until smoothie.
    Slowly pour the mixture into a glass.
    Top with cheese milk cap or whipped cream.
    Garnish with finely chopped fresh ginger and marigold leaves.

Orange Kiwi Green Tea 500cc

Material

150cc of Green Tea (1:70 ratio), 30cc of Premium Orange Syrup, 1 Kiwi, 20cc of 

Step

  1. Peel and slice the kiwi, then blend it into kiwi puree and small chunks.
    Place the kiwi puree into a glass, add 20cc of fructose, and stir well.
    Add 30cc of premium orange syrup and 300cc of green tea, stir, and pour into the glass.
    Add 80–100g of ice cubes.

Orange Kumquat Sauce

Material

30g Premium Orange Syrup, 30g Kumquat Sauce

Step

  1. Mix the premium orange syrup with kumquat sauce and stir well to create a unique sauce.
