How to use it?
1. Preparation: Mix 160g of tapioca starch with 1000cc of cold water and stir well.
2. Bring 8000cc of water to a boil(100℃).
3. Pour 2880ml of grass jelly syrup into the pot, stirring constantly and scrape the bubble from the surface.
4. Put 900g of granulated sugar in the pot, stirring well.
5. Pour tapioca starch into the pot, stirring well and turn the heat off.
6. Pour hot grass jelly syrup into a plastic food container. Scrape the bubble from the surface.
7. Refrigerate 4℃ after the jelly is chilled.
