Double Matcha Almond Jelly Drink 700cc
Material
150g Almond Jelly, 30g Shizuoka Matcha Drink Powder, 30cc Fructose, 330g Ice Cubes, 100cc Shizuoka Matcha Flossy Cream
Step
- Place 150g of almond jelly at the bottom of the cup.
- In a blender, combine 330g of ice cubes, 30g of Shizuoka matcha drink powder, and 30cc of fructose. Blend into a slush and pour over the almond jelly.
- Pour 100cc of Shizuoka matcha flossy cream on top.
Matcha Latte with Blue Coral Flavor 700cc

35g Shizuoka Matcha Drink Powder, 150cc Fresh Milk, 3g Blue Coral Flavor Drink Powder, 35cc Fructose
Step
- In a shaker, mix 35g of Shizuoka matcha drink powder with 100cc of hot water and 30cc of fructose.
- Stir well, then fill the shaker with ice cubes, shake to chill, and pour into a cup.
- Add 100g of ice cubes to the cup.
- In a shaker, combine 150cc of fresh milk with 5cc of fructose. Mix well and gently pour over the matcha mixture.
- In another shaker, mix 3g of blue coral flavor drink powder with 25cc of hot water and half a cup of ice cubes. Stir well and gently pour over the milk layer.
Mango Matcha 700cc
Material
30cc Mango Juice Concentrate, 10cc Fructose 250cc Cold Water, 300g Ice Cubes, 25g Shizuoka Matcha Drink Powder, 70cc Hot Water
Step
- In a shaker, combine 30cc of mango juice concentrate, 250cc of cold water, and 300g of ice cubes. Mix well and chill, then pour into a cup.
- Add 200g of ice cubes.
- In a shaker, mix 25g of Shizuoka matcha powder with 70cc of hot water. Add 300g of ice cubes, shake well, and gently pour over the mixture in the cup.

100g Almond flavor Jelly Powder, 600cc Hot Water
Step
- In a stainless steel pot on an induction stove, add 600cc of hot water and bring to a boil.
- Add 100g of almond jelly powder, reduce heat, and stir quickly for 1 minute. Turn off the heat, pour into molds, let it cool to room temperature, and refrigerate for 6-8 hours before use.

40g Shizuoka Matcha Drink Powder, 5g Cheese Flossy Powder, 350cc Fresh Cream, 10cc Fructose
Step
- Dissolve the cheese flossy powder in 10cc of hot water and mix well.
- Pour fresh cream, Shizuoka matcha drink powder, cheese flossy powder, and fructose into the milk foam pitcher.
- Whip until it reaches a honey-like consistency.
