Material

150g Almond Jelly, 200cc Prime Ceylon Black Tea, 50cc Lychee Syrup, 30cc Fructose, 200g Ice, Cream, Popping Boba (optional)

Step

1. Pour 150g of almond jelly into the cup.

2. Blend 200cc of prime Ceylon black tea, 50cc of lychee syrup, and 30cc of fructose, then pour the mixture into the cup.

3. Top with cream and popping boba to finish.

*How to make Almond Jelly?

1. Prepare 1g of almond flavor jelly powder with 6cc of water in the ratio.

2. Boil water until it reaches 100°C, then add the almond flavor jelly powder. Stir well.

3. Boil for 1 minute, then pour into a container.

4. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours to set.

 

*How to brew Prime Ceylon Black Tea?1g of tea leaves with 40cc of 100°C water, brew for 9 minutes.
